Our Location

Please do not use the address above to find out where we are, it is not our location, it is a PO Box address for postage only. If you use this address to serach for us you will be directed (by Google and other search engines) to the Postal Office on Forth Street, Newcastle.  

Some websites still also have us listed at our old address, Bolbec Hall, Westgate Road.  We are no longer there.

If you have arranged an appointment you should have been given our location and given a map with directions.  Please contact us if you need more information. 

Complaints

We are committed to providing a high level of service to all callers, women who use our services and staff from external agencies.  We are also committed to governing and running the organisation in an ethical manner in line with the requirements of the Charities Commission and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Nevertheless, there is always a possibility that we will get things wrong.  We view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person that has made the complaint. 

If you wish to raise a complaint, please write to us at the postal address above or email us at enquiries@rctn.org.uk and give us an opportunity to fix it.  When you contact us, please let us know:
